Welcome to Biztrics ("Application"), operated by Provos Tech Venture LLC ("Company"), a cash flow optimization platform that translates your financial data into actionable insights. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

License to Use the Application

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Application through our one-time payment model. This includes access to all base features including cash flow analysis, profit breakdown, and unrealized potential analysis. Additional AI features require separate purchase of the AI Add-on package.

Financial Data and Analysis

The Application provides analysis of your uploaded financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. We help identify trends, optimize cash flow, and experiment with business levers to improve performance. All analyses and recommendations are advisory in nature.

Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize your data security through enterprise-grade encryption. For maximum privacy, we recommend not using your real company name in uploaded documents. We do not integrate directly with your accounting platforms - you maintain control by only sharing the specific financial statements you choose to upload.

User Content and Financial Information

You retain ownership of all financial data uploaded to the Application. You represent that you have the right to share this financial information and that it is accurate. The Application supports both detailed and summarized formats of financial statements.

AI Add-on Services

The AI Add-on is an optional service that provides enhanced insights including improved cash flow projections, efficiency recommendations, and industry benchmark comparisons. This service is governed by additional terms and pricing as outlined in our pricing page.

Payment Terms

Access to the Application is granted through a one-time payment model with no recurring fees. This includes unlimited companies and financial statements. The AI Add-on services are priced separately. Future subscription-based features for accounting platform integration will be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is." While we strive to provide accurate financial analysis and insights, we make no warranties about the accuracy of analyses, recommendations, or predictions. Users should verify all insights independently.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of our analysis tools, insights, or recommendations. This includes but is not limited to losses from business decisions made based on our analytics.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Application will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
