Self-Refund Policy

You can request a self-refund for your last payment to Biztrics if you meet the following criteria:

• It has been less than 14 days since you first uploaded data to your account.
• You haven't upload any data in the first 60 days.

What happens when a refund is processed:

• Your last payment will be refunded.
• All your data will be deleted.
• You will be logged out of your account.
• The refund is typically processed instantly, with most banks completing the transaction within 1-3 business days.
